This policy explains what personal information Avira Studio Creative Ltd. (“Avira Studios”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit a form — on this website, or an instant form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad — we collect your full name, email address, phone number, the name of your company or brand, and what you told us you need.

  • Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and time spent. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.

  • Correspondence. If you email or message us, we keep that correspondence and any details in it.

You are not legally obliged to give us any of this information. Providing it is voluntary — but without contact details we cannot respond to an enquiry.

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, schedule a call, and prepare a proposal.

  • To provide our services and manage our relationship with you as a client.

  • To measure and improve our advertising and website — including understanding which ads produce enquiries.

  • To send you occasional updates about our work, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising delivery, instant lead forms, and measurement.

  • Framer — website hosting.

  • Google — email, calendar and file storage.

  • Notion — our internal client and enquiry records.

  • Professional advisers — our accountants and legal advisers, where required.

Some of these providers store data outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. We also disclose information where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel lets us see which ads led to a visit or an enquiry, and lets us show ads to people who have already visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows it, and for up to seven years afterwards where accounting or legal requirements apply. Where information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and the use of reputable providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review the information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected or deleted if it is incorrect, incomplete or out of date, and to ask us to stop using it for direct marketing. To exercise any of these, email hello@avirastudios.com. We will respond within the timeframes set by law. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות).

8. Children

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.

1. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

  • מידע שאתם מוסרים לנו. בעת מילוי טופס — באתר זה או בטופס מיידי בתוך מודעה בפייסבוק או באינסטגרם — אנו אוספים שם מלא, כתובת דוא״ל, מספר טלפון, שם החברה או המותג, ותיאור הצורך שלכם.

  • מידע הנאסף אוטומטית. בעת ביקור באתר נאסף מידע טכני ושימושי כגון כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, עמודים שנצפו, מקור ההפניה ומשך השהייה. המידע נאסף באמצעות קובצי Cookie וטכנולוגיות דומות, לרבות פיקסל של Meta.

  • התכתבויות. פניות במייל או בהודעה נשמרות אצלנו, לרבות הפרטים הכלולים בהן.

אינכם חייבים על פי חוק למסור מידע זה. המסירה היא וולונטרית — אך ללא פרטי קשר לא נוכל להשיב לפנייה.

2. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

  • כדי להשיב לפנייה, לתאם שיחה ולהכין הצעת מחיר.

  • כדי לספק את שירותינו ולנהל את הקשר איתכם כלקוחות.

  • כדי למדוד ולשפר את הפרסום והאתר שלנו, ובכלל זה להבין אילו מודעות מייצרות פניות.

  • כדי לשלוח עדכונים על עבודתנו, בכפוף להסכמתכם. ניתן להסיר את ההסכמה בכל עת.

  • כדי לעמוד בחובות חוקיות, מיסויות וחשבונאיות.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו משתפים אותו לצורכי שיווק של חברות אחרות.

3. עם מי אנחנו משתפים

אנו משתפים מידע רק עם ספקי שירות המסייעים בתפעול, ורק במידה הנדרשת:

  • Meta Platforms (פייסבוק, אינסטגרם) — הצגת מודעות, טפסי לידים ומדידה.

  • Framer — אחסון האתר.

  • Google — דוא״ל, יומן ואחסון קבצים.

  • Notion — ניהול רשומות פניות ולקוחות.

  • יועצים מקצועיים — רואי חשבון ועורכי דין, במידת הצורך.

חלק מהספקים מאחסנים מידע מחוץ לישראל, לרבות באיחוד האירופי ובארצות הברית. כמו כן נמסור מידע כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין או על ידי רשות מוסמכת.

4. קובצי Cookie ומעקב

האתר עושה שימוש בקובצי Cookie וטכנולוגיות דומות לצורך תפעול בסיסי, ניתוח נתונים ומדידת פרסום. פיקסל Meta מאפשר לנו לדעת אילו מודעות הובילו לביקור או לפנייה, ולהציג מודעות למי שכבר ביקר באתר. ניתן לחסום או למחוק קובצי Cookie בהגדרות הדפדפן, ולנהל התאמה אישית של מודעות בהגדרות פייסבוק ואינסטגרם. חסימה עשויה לפגוע בחלק מהתפקוד של האתר.

5. משך שמירת המידע

אנו שומרים מידע על פניות כל עוד הוא נדרש לטיפול בפנייה ובקשר שנוצר בעקבותיה, ולתקופה של עד שבע שנים לאחר מכן ככל שנדרש לפי דרישות חשבונאיות או חוקיות. מידע שאינו נדרש עוד נמחק או הופך לאנונימי.

6. אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים אמצעים טכניים וארגוניים סבירים להגנה על המידע, לרבות בקרות גישה ושימוש בספקים מוכרים. אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין ואיננו יכולים להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת.

7. הזכויות שלכם

על פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, זכותכם לעיין במידע שאנו מחזיקים אודותיכם, לבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם או מעודכן, ולבקש שנחדל מלעשות בו שימוש לצורכי דיוור ישיר. למימוש הזכויות פנו אל hello@avirastudios.com. נשיב במסגרת הזמנים הקבועה בחוק. אם תשובתנו אינה מספקת, ניתן לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.

8. קטינים

שירותינו מיועדים לעסקים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע ממי שטרם מלאו לו 16.

9. שינויים במדיניות

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. תאריך התוקף בראש העמוד מציין את מועד העדכון האחרון.
